With this Sundays football game ( AFC Championships) getting closer, and the stress of playoffs getting more and more intense. I have taken up boxing as part of my workout, its an excellent way to relieve stress and its been toning up muscles I didn't know I needed to tone. I came up with a circuit workout that you can do anywhere that pulls from boxing techniques to target similar muscles! Get ready to punch the stress away!
Circuit 1
15 Push-Ups
10 mountain climbers
3-minute jump rope (Or High Knees)
20 forward punches, rotating your hips with each punch to engage your abs
30 uppercuts using dumbbells (half squat, pivot, upper cut)
Rest 1 minute
Circuit 2
20 Jump Squats
15 leg raises laying on your back
3-minutes of jump rope (Or High Knees)
20 forward punches, rotating your hips with each punch to engage your abs
30 uppercuts using dumbbells (half squat, pivot, upper cut)

15 Squats with Bicep Curl
30 uppercuts using dumbbells (half squat, pivot, upper cut)
20 bicycles
3-minutes of jump rope (Or High Knees)
